Best place! Always have what I need.

The order info page is lacking. I need more information on the status of my whole order, like ETA for ship to store orders. Some of my order is ready, but other items just show shipped or in process. Please provide more information like a complete order summary that pretty much any other app provides. Then I can change to 5 stars

I, only one complaint and that is, that the app should have a filter option in the firearms section for the state compliance and show exactly what the gun setup looks like at time of purchase as well as the total price with taxes included. Especially here California which is a nightmare with all the 2nd amendment violations our elected officials incorporate.

They have literal ret4rded people programming this app. You can’t sign in, the bass pro club card feature never works, buttons get stuck in infinite glitches. Save the energy of wanting to blow your head off and give these people zero money

I've been going to bass pro ever since I was a little youngin'. Their quality of their products and the facilities are fantastic. Shipping and handling is also a 10/10 in my book. Thank you bass pro for everything you do.

Good place to shop for variety

Been here many times and the staff has always been helpful in my decision making process for my purchases. They take the time to explain how the marine electronics work and have helped me to make the best decisions for my applications. Easy to see that they are not commission based and genuinely care about the customer.

Giving this app only 1 star because there is no excuse why the app isn’t iPad friendly. Seriously, detecting iPhone vs iPad is a basic bit of code used by millions of other apps. Stop disrespecting iPad users!

The app is fine but needs to be much faster. Also it would help if more detail was included in each item’s description.

This is a decent app and easy for browsing. The big issue is there is no way to add your gift cards to the wallet for spending.

I can’t find my orders that I bought and can’t track them why?

Solid app. I’d love to be able to add gift cards/store merchandise credits to my account. That would put it to 5 stars for me.

This makes me so mad I wanted to purchase a firearm. It kept trying to direct me to their stupid website where I couldn’t even add it to my basket cause I wanted to buy two weapons. This is a disgrace to the second amendment of the United States of America.

This app is crashy and the bass pro interface is awful. No charts for rods you have to waste time selecting each parameter to see the possible rod combinations. A chart would make all of this info available in zero clicks.

This app makes my shopping and credit card viewing very convenient

There should be a separate app for grilling and should stay connected even when the screen goes off!!!

Ive had this app for quite some time now, and i never really thought of it but since its around Christmas time i was going to share my wish list with a family member, but there is no way to share the list, it would be a whole lot better if i could share my list.

I enjoy being able to find almost everything on the app. The reason I’m only giving 3stars is due to shipping and delivery estimates. My last 4 orders have been really slow to get to me. 3 of them have taken almost 3 weeks when they were originally estimated at 1 week. One order was 2 months and that was just two shirts.I ordered for a fishing trip to FL. They arrived 2days after I left for my trip. Happy with the products but not with the service.

I like the app it’s convenient but sometimes when I go to pay, I’ll have all the information incorrectly and it’s still flagged me for no reason and then I go on my laptop and with the same exact information that goes through just bringing it to your attention

Seems like an easy to use app but no product descriptions for any of the rods I’ve been looking at since just now downloading the app. Disappointing and worthless for my purposes.

Wanted to buy a gun so payed for it went to pick it up. I couldn’t because it hadn’t been 30 days since I purchased another hand gun and then the rules. I understand this and even though I waited 3 hours at the check out line, no exaggeration, it was my fault. I wait until the time is up and I can pick it up, but this time I need a receipt of my last gun purchase so they know the date. I get the receipt and show them, now I need to send it to the managers email. I send it and get nothing. I had to leave to do other things this trip 2.5 hours. Went back with a fully printed out receipt 2 weeks later and this time they told me I had to come in when a manager is in which is Friday Saturday and Sunday. The end of the story is they don’t give you all the information you need and keep you guessing. I still don’t have that thousand dollar gun I ordered despite spending over 8 hours in stores and driving over 4 hours to and fro. They wanted my time and money, I only wish I could do more than write a bad review.

So I applied for a credit card through Bass Pro thinking no problem bur I was turned down. Their explanation just didn’t cut it with me. So I applied for a credit card at Academy and Sports + Outdoors and what do you know I get one there. Guess where I’m gonna be buying my stuff from. Certainly not from Bass Pro. You should rethink or better yet go through a different company for your credit cards. I wonder how many other people have faced the same situation?!

The cook with Cabelas app should be its own app. It’s not the best and seems clunky. Doesn’t stay connected all the time while grilling.

The app does not allow you to purchase literally anything related to shooting. Even accessories or supplies. Whenever you try, it redirects you to use their website instead of the app. What is the point of an app for a retail store if you can’t make purchases on it. And how would the website be more secure to ensure that you’re over 18? I just don’t get the point of this app at all.
